Am I supposed to tip the driver?
99% of the time that you receive a quote, gratuity will already be included in the cost. Gratuity is based upon the level of service received and customary at 15% for all vehicles except limousines, which is 20%. If you would like to tip the driver directly, please just let your Reservationist know not to include it on your bill.
