Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

Transportation for up to two wheelchair-bound passengers and seating for up to three ambulatory passengers. More than 25% of our full-size wheelchair-accessible vans are powered by propane which produces less ozone forming emissions and airborne particulate matter.

Gurney Transportation

This vehicle is specially designed to transport one gurney-bound passenger and one ambulatory passenger. The van is perfect for the passenger who must be transported in the prone position but does not require the support of an ambulance or EMT.

4-Door Electric Hybrid Sedan

75% of our sedan fleet is made up of Nissan Altima hybrid sedans. They have enough interior room for the comfortable transport of one to two passengers and carry one of the best air pollution ratings in California.

Larger Capacity Vans

These vans can transport up to 15 passengers, some are equipped to accommodate wheelchair-bound passengers. Many of these vehicles are part of our Green Fleet Project.

Secure Transportation boasts one of the largest pro-environment ground transportation fleets available through our Green Fleet Project. We have changed out 75% of our sedan fleet to mid-size Nissan Altima electric hybrids. These vehicles have enough room for commercial applications and boast one of the best air pollution ratings in California with the lowest greenhouse gas emissions and highest MPG rating of any mid-size hybrid. Propane engines power 25% of our full-size livery and wheelchair accessible vans. Propane fueled engines produce 60% less ozone-forming emissions and 40% less airborne particulate than engines running on reformulated gasoline.
